Wild Pony

when i was a child my best friend had one of these polish ponies and i adored him, then she found out that the breed was in trouble and was dying out so she sold him back, i was heartbroken and the look i managed to get on this picture is the last look he gave to his surroundings, took me 30 years to do his picture and that is just how he looked, So glad that you like him too Dawn

thankyou so much, this little polish pony broke my heart when he was sold back to poland to help save a dying breed, this was his last look of his field when they came to collect him,i cried for weeks

yes he has, his decendants have help bring this wild pony back on track, this was 40 years ago now, so you tell how old i am, i was 9 and my friend introduced me to my first close encounter to horses, and i have loved them ever since, and this breed even though part wild are just so fab, like great big overgrown puppies

many many thnaks for this feature, oh boy i am delighted to have this feature, i was lucky once to have a friend who owned one of these pony, he was the love of my life, however she sold him back to a bredding group over in poland as the breed was in dire trouble, broke my heart, this look you see is the last memory i had of him on his last moments here, so this means more to me that you would know,dawnx
