thanks so much Ari, so glad that you looked up more info on this and giving me the link, I just seem to run out of time when i got to go into descriptions lol I have been coming to this estate since i was born and in fack the other end lived just acroos the road from it, so this was my playgroun, from the age of 5 i was coming over here with my little friends and all the mums by where I lived all had police whistles and we has a certain call they used to do, we all had our own number of blasts, telling us its time for tea, at a run it would take ten mins to get from the house to the bottom gate and home dawn

thanks so much, i wanted this on so you had a more complete picture of this massive estate where i used to play when i was 5 with all my friends and our mothers had police whistles to call us in to tea time, each had a different call, took us ten min to run from this house to the bottom gate and home dawn

LOL, if I could afford the house, I wouldn’t be doing the housework! Excellent photo. It’s obvious why people visit the place. It’s understated but elegant, and very beautiful. Do they let people inside? Do private parties still live there, or has it been deeded as a park or something. I’ll look it up online—you don’t have to do a reasearch project for me, LOL! Thanks for sharing the photos.

thanks my family do call it Dawn’s blaise hee hee, when i think how we all used to run and run around this place and no worries about strange men, you sure cant do that now, but it was wonderful years, dawn lol

well i am really impressed, i thought no camara would be any good for me, if you could see all the bad pictures i have done in the past, very good if you like feet or like seeing a close up of a thumb LOL dawn

It is looked after now by Bristol City council, lol they would love to sell it but they cant dawn
