Romos Poem
I wrote a poem for my friend Romo’s painting inspired from a poem I posted today called mornings.
Mornings 2 For Romo
I think of you when I dream dancing through the grass.
Your lovely smile is full of love as you jump so high.
I see your face so full of joy your smile shines bright this day.
And as you jump up in the sky I watch as you fly high.
In this dream you fly with birds up above the clouds.
And then you come back to the ground and fly back up with me.
We kiss and dance from cloud to cloud as you hold my hand,
And then we fall back down to earth as I hold on to you.
This is a dream and this I know I wish life was this way.
Then you and I could dance on clouds and kiss the night away.
This is for you my friend hope you like it!

Poor thing will catch her death of cold. I’ll knit her a nice woolly cardigan. And I’ll write my own poem about the boot, thank you very much. I’ve just created a wonderful first line. Now don’t you steal it from me.! – “These boots were made for walking…” I’m so clever I could adopt myself. LOL!!!
