We cling to one another in ways we dare not say.
At times we seem to hate ourselves and lash out in mournful pain.
Humankind a thing so strange that men try hard to understand.
And still we struggle every day to find a better way.
Confused by all we can not see within our wee small minds.
And here we are one small simple thing in the universe surrounded by all kinds of trials that complicate our minds.
Two roads lie there before our eyes one with thorns to block our way the other safe to travel.
An we unsure by the easy road choose the battered way.
A road so full of hate an crime it seems to interest us.
Cut and torn we finally see the light before our eyes.
And still we choose the troubled path when the other road is clear.
The human kind a thing too strange to ever understand.

    Great shapes and strong colour :) Normally, I would consider orange and yellow being colours of happiness or joy, but these ones look all but happy indeed! ;)

    The road of life is such an amazing journey – how often we tread the thorny path. Maybe when the way is laid out too perfectly in front of our eyes, we become suspicious – it looks too easy -too good to be true. Is it the battered path from which we gain more worldly knowledge – and extend ourselves as beings? Hmm – unsure – too early in the morning for me I think ..lol..
