Lovely shot…and a good image. The sepia gives the effect of a foggy day as the backdrop is shown dimmed. Plent of detail in the gondolas to keep it interesting though. Well done.

Thanks Phil was a gray day when I shot that 730 am and wet and slippery all over the place from the sea gulls droppings nearly lost my Nikon as I was headed to the ground caught myself before I hit the ground and came off with this little reward !

I agree, you can get fantastic photos at every step you do there! (unfortunately I only was there twice before I really started to photograph…) And yes, right timing is important too (sadly, I just missed an absolutely great sunset
something I wait for for ages! grrrto be taken from a top of a mountain last week because my children were too tired to go up and felt asleep and I couldn’t let them in a car for 2h or more…)linaji

Yea its a cool shot I love my Venice fotos made a really cool slide show with them a real killer I will use it one day with Andrea Bochelli singing quite lovely.
