Just went down to the beach late this afternoon to sit and watch the surf for a bit. Plenty of people were doing the same in the late afternoon sun.

This would be a huge undertaking for most people, but even more so for me. For the last 2 years I have suffered from chronic fatigue (cfs, me, cfids, etc) and while I am far better than I have been, some days I know I won’t be able to get out of bed, many more I won’t leave the apartment
I hope this will assist in my recovery by forcing me out on days when I can manage it, and keeping me creative on days that I can
