I often drive to North Curl Curl and walk on the bush track over the headland towards Dee Why. I haven’t walked the entire distance for years as it is a bit far for me at the moment. It is not very far, perhaps 25 minutes at the most but I always have to save energy to make sure I can get back. Today I thought i would do the opposite and go to Dee Why and walk back towards Curl Curl. I didn’t go very far but it was nice for a change.

It was quite a clear day, you can see Narrabeen, Warriewood, Mona Vale, Avalon and perhaps Newport headlands behind long reef.

The aim is to take 1 photo a day and publish it on 2012inphotos.com.au

I hope this will assist in my recovery by forcing me out on days when I can manage it, and keeping me creative on days that I can
