Full Moon Rising.
Today was apparently the largest full moon we are going to have this year. I went to Long Reef headland to take photos this evening just at moon rise, apparently every other photographer and young family had the same idea. It was nice to simultaneously enjoy sunset and moon rise, it doesn’t happen as often as you would think.
There may well be a lot of similar photos posted on the internet tonight so while most stayed on the headland, I went down to the waters edge for the relative solitude.
