Blue Wave and Purple Sky
I never really know what the light will bring in terms of color, but I try to keep the white water white as a foundation of the shot. Here, a preponderance of purple seems to color this wave.

I love the purple-gold in the center and metallic-looking blue to the right. Keeping the surf part white really sets this photo off for me. Beautiful shot.
