Look carefully at the books. No, I mean REALLY carefully.

They’re not real. I’m serious. There are no books in this photograph.

This is the entrance to Paradise Bookshop in Daylesford, Victoria. The “books” in this image are simply painted onto the narrow wall beside the entrance!

But believe me, there are thousands of books inside ….. yes, real books!

I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D using a Sigma 18-125mm lens. F8, 1/90 sec, ISO 400, focal length 68mm.
