The sight of several wispy tendrils had me fascinated when I first saw this plant in a shady corner. The soft pastel shades of the curved leaves also grabbed my attention – so I tried to make the most of the leaves as well as the miniature tendrils.
The plant is a Variegated Yucca (Yucca filamentosa), known for its delicate pink candelabra-style flowers.
I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D, using a Sigma 18-125mm lens. F8, 1/180 sec, ISO 800, focal length 125mm.
