Quick, Bruce, Get Rid Of The Diamonds by

Sometimes even a grey, rainy day can bring you great photo opportunities. The skies were leaden and there was a persistent drizzle when we recently visited the cellar at the Train Trak winery in the Yarra Valley.

But the high ceiling fans gave me a strong motif against the silhouette of the geometrical shapes above my head.

I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D, using a Sigma 18-125mm lens. F8, 1/180 sec, ISO 200, focal length 98mm.

    Cool concept :-)

  • Thank so much, Ellis. I was lucky with the patterns on this huge window above the cellar doors.

    Great shapes!

  • Many thanks, Betty – that window was just sitting there, saying ``Please photograph me!’’
