Solved by UK-based Red Bubbler Ellis Morley Photo, who identified it as the base of a plastic frame for a Connect Four/ Connect 4 game.

Question 3: Released in 2008, what is the name of the spin-off from the board game Cluedo (or Clue in the US and Canada)? Solved by UK-based Red Bubbler Ellis Morley Photo, who answered “Cluedo: Discover the Secrets”.
