Looks like I just cracked a cold case!
If you’re wondering what these brightly coloured objects are, allow me to explain ….
Here in Australia, we like to drink our beer icy-cold, so these soft, cylindrical objects are called “stubby coolers”. Our beer cans are called stubbies, and rather than allowing the warmth of our hands to permeate through to a soothing ale, we tend to hold the beer cans in these unique, simple devices.
I shot this in June this year, at the world-famous Ettamogah Pub outside Albury, New South Wales,
I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D, using a Sigma 18-125mm lens. F5.6, 1/20 sec, ISO 800, focal length 68mm.
