Where’s George Lucas when you need him?
This wasn’t a ‘Star Wars’ cast reunion, just a performer at Federation Square, Melbourne, during the Great Australian Sunny Sizzle in July 2008.
I shot about six frames of him as he walked past me. Then when he was a fair distance away, it dawned on me that the “real” shot of the day was to depict the performer in the context of other people around him or her. If you look carefully on the right, you’ll see that I took this shot over (and past) the left shoulder of a passer-by.
I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my images in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D using a Sigma 18-125mm lens. F8, 1/125 sec, ISO 200, focal length 125mm.
