David Perea Kihien is a self taught mixed media artist which work has evolved into visionary dimensions that challenge impressions and perceptions about ourselves and our planet. He creates visionary and positive compositions to discover new aesthetic personas of the self. His art is characterized by colorful graphics & soulful poems which he sees as oxygen for the heart and lightness for the spirit. He considers self expression to be the best tool to quieten the mind and give the soul an opportunity to shine. He creates positive compositions in diverse dimensions, for the pleasure of expression.

Writing with light, or photography has helped him experience the eternity of the moment and allowed him to share the present as a gift. David considers himself a citizen of the world.

He is an international awarded artist and his work have been published in diverse websites and magazines. He has had several solo exhibitions and poetry readings internationally and the USA.
