The light didn’t last for long and soon the mists began to swirl back in. I captured this image just before the light disappeared.

Magical image David – the water’s like plate glass and the reflections are awesome. Even though it’s such a delicate misty shot the colours are still rich. Oooo you are good ;o)
Thanks Zoe, right place at the right time! ;-)
Excellent image David.
Thank you for the comment Robin, appreciated
What a stunning image, great use of natural light, great composition and wonderful clarity
Cheers Karen, much appreciate the comment.
Superb shot David, such amazing light and reflection and the fence takes you right into the picture!
Thank you Martin, just a shame the light and atmospherics didn’t last a little longer but I suppose that’s the way it goes, there’s always another time! :-)
What a brilliant capture, David! So tranquil, with stunning reflections and lovely misty light.
Thanks for the kind words, appreciated.
Your timing seems to have been perfect David. A little mist but not too much and a mirror perfect reflection.Davo
Just as well I took it when I did…a few minutes later and there was no light at all! Thanks Davo
Again I like that freshly painted feel to this image David, the light, reflections and colour meld so well here …… very nicely captured indeed!!
Thanks for the kind words John, it means a lot.
Really well done!
Thank you for the comment, appreciated
Love the soft effect on the colours provided by the mist, and the reflections are fantastic David, it almost looks as if that fence is hanging in space!
Thanks Ian, much appreciate your comments.
