Having just returned from a trip to outback Australia in a light plane I was inspired to doodle what I discovered about aviation. I found that a reporting point is an area of sky where planes head on approach to major airports. It is from this point that the air traffic controller advises the pilot what to do. It is also a place where nerves are on edge. I did over emphasise the risk in this artwork, but I like it.

Doodle on sketch pad, scanned at 300dpi, digitally coloured and shaded.

Illustrator, musician and artist who loves his family to bits, probably sums me up.
