Cormorant Drying Wings

I was looking at the light catching the curve of the beach when I saw the Cormorant drying it’s wings in the distance. Talking to myself “Please don’t move while I set up my tripod” and the exposure of 30 seconds “Don’t close your wings” – YES got it.

if I must, I hope the print is a lot better than this, burned out highlights over sharped sand sky full of grit , do you want me to go on?
Dave Miller replied
yes go on and on, I always like your positive helpful RANTS. Drink some more whiskey instead of rubbing it into your open sores.

a new positive me full of optimism,
and yes i like how the curve leads to the cormorant
and the positive placement of the horizon and that tell tale light there to help us to the focal point,
having look at this for a while and I know it’s cliché and I don’t think you didn’t think about leaving out the water at the front I know it could unbalance the image but you could stretch the foreground to keep the horizon in the centre and I know it’s more the norm and not stretching our views but to me it would work,
another cracker to add to your beach curves

could be right there Marshall the Distoryer, it does look better or maybe just different, think I’ll burn my camera and take up Flower Arranging ( that son or yours must not like it either as NO comment the chicken ).
