Had a day out taking a few waterfall details, trying to capture the speed and flow of the River which was full of brown/peaty flood water.

    I took a few different shutter speeds to get what I thought was the right effect, not always easy to see on the back of the camera as it’s small. – thanks regards dave.

    yes yes yes well done superb colours “BUT” would have cropped the top left hand corner i find it very distracting but excellent trio. the cropped one is as you know allready is so much better.
    brilliant little compact that isnt it?

    you kept this to your self last night, this gentle but strong all together it’s the flow of life
    just like a good whiskey you have found a great spot dave the counter flow give this a great rhythm and balance the choice of shutter speed is is great sharp but with a little bit of blur hope to see this as a print 5*

    I actually like the color in the water, gives it that extra….....umph.
    The leaves on the rock really tie in the color as well.

    This one’s my favourite of the three…. I like the change in direction of the water in this one…for some odd reason I feel more comfortable if the water is flowing away ….

    thanks for all your comments Martin, I have just ordered 6 more 50×40 good quality clip frames (30mm broader x 18mm deep) which I use to display my prints at home, changing images every 3 months or so. – regards dave
