Artist's Description

This shot was taken in the Phoenix Park here in Dublin.
The building you can see is a very old and derelict military building called “The Magazine Fort”. The man you can see is not a friend of mine, he simply roamed into the shot as I pressed the shutter button on my camera. I was quite annoyed about him ruining my beautifully composed picture so I waited until he left and took another shot. When I printed the photos in the darkroom the shot without him walking in it was actually quite boring compared to this one. So if you are out there Mr Man, thanks for stepping into my shot.

Taken on an old Russian made Kiev 6C and using Ilford Hp5 120mm film.
The photo was hand printed by myself in a darkroom and then scanned on a thing called a scanner.
