Profile
I am a freelance artist and graduate of the University of Lethbridge New Media program. I am also a lead developer in charge of all art, animation, interface and sound design for an independent video game developer called Chaotic Studios Inc., which I co-founded in 2007.
When I draw I usually put on some music, simply sit down w/ a ballpoint pen and start drawing. NO ERASING IS ALLOWED. I use pen exclusively because it forces me to commit and improvise. What comes out is both deliberate and unplanned, and constantly evolving as it develops. I later scan my drawings in and paint them in Photoshop CS3.
Stylistically I am heavily influenced by surrealism, graphic design, cartoon/caricature, graffiti and urban art, psychedelic art, cubism, expressionism etc.
