Started playing around with a couple of photos that I took just outside Taragon, Victoria, Australia. When changing to a Dramatic tone filter, I stopped and wondered, can this be our future at some point…??? Just something a little different..please view as large as you can .. :-)

Camera – Olympus E-5
Lens – Zuiko 12-60mm
Focal Length – 58mm
Shutter – 1/500
Aperture – F3.5
ISO – 200
Art Filter – Dramatic Tone

Have been reinvigorated with the photo bug after a long layoff. My first digital camera has really gotten me off my backside and out to play and I have recieved a lot of inspiration here from some of the many talented artists on RB.
I am not sticking with any one style atm but giving anything a bit of a go, some make it here, many dont, but for me its all about pleasure and getting out there.. Thank you for taking the time to check out my work..:-))

this is beautiful Dave! I love the light over the sun down and the dark sky. I just don’t like power lines in pictures but with this one, it’s… powerful! lol. a great shot ;)

  • Thank you kindly .. Manon ..very much appreciate the comment and fave.. :-) I must admit I was having some some ugly thoughts about where the human race is heading when I did this one ..lol .. :-(

Lovely mood….Next time you’re in that area, get into the paddock with the pylons and take a long-view distorted perspective of them….should be interesting!! ….janina ;OD

This turned out great….and eerie. One of the main reasons I like it is because of the lines…Sometimes we just have to face…..they are there and they are always going to be. Like they way they are, along with the cloud…the main focus. And yes, sometimes I do clone out a few lines but not these monsters, they are too cool

  • Thank you kindly Di… Yes they blow me away sometimes .. they seem to go forever.. very much appreciated and sorry that I have taken so long to reply.. :-))
