These monks paused in the light to pose for a tourist on the other side of the pillars. A lucky shot and one of my favourite. (Bagan – Myanmar). Canon 350d.

Thanks Rubes. Took this in January 2006 in Bagan, which is a magic place. I didn’t hear of any serious problems in that area but there may have been. I truly hope not.
