Marcus Garvey was a Black civil rights leader during the 1920s and is often overlooked due to the fame of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.
This drawing was produced using a pointilist style similar to that of George Seurat and Vincent Van Gogh. It is made up of tiny dots all weighted differently to suit the tonal areas.
