This is one of the first shots taken with my new “macro lens”. Really it is only a large piece of glass used in Colonial times for fire-starting. The glass is like a magnifying glass, and it is large enough to hold in one hand while I shutter with the other one. At only two dollars American, it is probably one of the cheapest on the market. Since my camera doesn’t really do macros, I am so very excited that I can now do more of that type of work.
This pic is my take on lost and abused souls. We often find ourselves with too many directions in which to travel… leading to a lost and empty feeling. These remind me of the “Cardinal Points” on a compass. With the assemblage of so many in such random splaying… who wouldn’t feel in such a “harry”?
