A young boy stands alone and confused during the Tamil protests in London during February 2009. The protests marked the end of a 30 year long resistance campaign against the Sinhalese government of Sri Lanka by the group known as the Liberation Togers of Tamil Eelam or LTTE, who fought for an independant state. A few days after this shot was taken, the group finally surrendered.
I used my Canon 450D, 70-300mm Lens F/4.5, 1/100, ISO 800

This is lovely, he seems bewildered and wishing himself anywhere but there :)
Thanks. Yeah, the protest was quite long and tiresome after a few days, some guy even set himself on fire!
l like the high iso use good gritty look in the background…which is good because they are of no interest…just the boy…well done:))
