I have been shooting as long as I can remember. By age three I was working in the family’s black and white darkroom in the basement processing prints. For my fifth birthday, my parents passed down their rangefinder for my very own camera. By the time I was twelve I had purchased my own SLR. I’ve been through many digital cameras, but today I am shooting the Nikon D300 and D700 mostly with a host of Nikon D and G lenses. I really enjoy shooting for myself these days. Anything that captures my eye (details are especially interesting) is a great subject, but I especially enjoy railroad, industrial/architectural decay, animals, and night photography.
