After 17 Years of fighting Depression, I have finally been diagnosed with Bipolar II. Not everyone in my life has treated this with a great deal of tolerance or understanding, and I am surprised that in this day and age people haven’t adopted a more progressive attitude towards mental health issues.

For me, the absence of a mouth symbolizes a lack of speech or the ability to speak, The blindfold shows that I am unsure to the future or where I am going, an element duplicated in the patternless puzzle pieces. The barcode and label of course speaks for itself.
