What software and which tone-mapping algorithm are you using for your HDRs?

Thanks Graham.
I use Photomatix, with the tone-mapping I adjust until happy. (no algorithm sorry) .. Then into CS3 to adjust levels, Hue/Sat, Selective Colour etc .. and then Neat Image to clean it up.
