Solo Exhibition...apparently I won something by darkvampire

I was stunned (to say the least) to discover yesterday that I had won two..well…prizes, in the Solo Exhibition’s Juried Invitational Exhibition. One was the Bruno Wubik Award For Excellence in Digital Art. The other was First Prize in the Digital Art category. The image can be found HERE. It’s not false modesty to say I don’t feel I deserved them; the other stuff in the exhibiton was of such a high standard. On the other hand, I ain’t giving them back :0 )

Frannie Moore and Maxi, who run the show are, not to put too fine a point upon it, geniuses of organisation. They work extremely hard to put it all together and succeed admirably. Everything goes off like clockwork, including regular Bubblemails to let everyone know what’s going on…and much, much more.

Personally, I expected to be evicted by now considering how little time I have given to the group, once my own week-long exhibition was over. This was extremely selfish of me, and my new resolution is to spend as much time as I can spare taking an active part in what must surely be the most interesting group on RB. The standard of Art is, on the whole, extremely high, and ( something which I feel is important ) very varied.
