Alternatively there is always Gimp – freeware! Matt Mawson almost 10 years ago In CorelDraw 12 — set the measurements to pixels, draw a rectangle to the proportions recommended by RedBubble (2400 pixels wide, 3200 pixels high) and apply no fill and no outline to the rectangle. Position your artwork within the rectangle. Select rectangle and artwork and export to PNG, checking to make sure it’s exporting at 2400 × 3200, and when requested select “Masked Area” as transparency. I just tried it out and it opened fine in Photoshop with transparent background intact. Email me at mmawson @ internode . on . net if you need clarification.
