In this consciousness
of exotic dreams
where poets scream
in thoughtless streams
in mind and heart we find
it is no crime to love

Within euphoria found
untouched by travellers
in valleys virgin deep
bejewelled chasers
of exotic dreams
lay in soul to keep

In thoughtful innocence
this chameleon of feelings
dances on a frosty day
where neon sky sees butterflies
find illuminated love
in spring awakening

In bliss of inner meditation
we walk beside the water’s edge
now companions of a life to live
to share our future
and embroider ourselves
upon each others soul
