Green Kangaroo Paw, Macropidia by

I took this flower in West Australia when I went on a wildflower tour.

I was, and am still, struck by the amazing green colour.

Thank you Kala and Greg for helping me identiy it.

Green Kangaroo Paw and it is lovely. Well captured
Was this in Kings Park? If so there is a group for the Park

  • Thank you Kala.

Being in Sydney, I’m not going to be able to contribute much to the Park group.

I am amazed at the great variety of Kangaroo Paw. We have some planted in Sydney and though they don’t fare as well as in WA, they are a unique flower.
