Koala’s are strange and endearing animals- I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many whilst growing up in the Adelaide hills and exploring the nearby environs in South Australia. This illustration was completed in 2011 and the character also featuring in the opening animation to the Naturescope online documentary series. It was drawn using Adobe Flash and a Wacom graphics tablet (with the pen stylus).
