I live in the Swan Valley with my Fiance, Nicole and daughter, Bella.

I have always loved taking photo’s. It’s all about capturing a moment, a feeling, an expression, something to cherish and remember a fleeting moment by.
It’s about seeing the end shot in your mind and taking that image, capturing it on film or sensor, bringing it to life and sharing it with someone else.

I use two different methods to capture my photo’s. For digital, I shoot with a Pentax K100D Super, Sigma 10-20, 18-50mm, 105mm Macro and Kenko Extension Tubes. With my film setup, I use a Canon A1, with 28mm, 50mm, 35-70mm, 70-210mm with Macro and x2 Teleconverter. I use Ilford HP5 Plus and Kodak BW400CN. Nothing beats B&W film! It’s just so fantastic to use. The feel, grain, I can’t say enough about it. I should really get into Medium Format….perhaps one day :-)

That is what I aim to do. Sometimes I get it right, other times I don’t. The time I do get it right, I’ll share it with you.
