I am an printmaker working in linoleum print and woodcut methods. I do limited edition printing and graphic design using the bold and striking imagery associated with these printmaking techniques. There is rich social political and religious history in printmaking and I align myself with that history. My work is my voice and my mission as an artist is to create relevant and meaningful work that is approachable and available to the wider viewing public while maintaining a deep personal creative ideal. Through the use of image and word I intend to cultivate an environment of interaction and communication. Beyond the personal benefits that my works provides I believe that the work becomes more that I who created it.
