Timp Summit
View of Mount Timpanogos in central Utah from the summit. The trail leading up to the top shows clearly in the photo. In the far distance is the Salt Lake Valley.

WOW!!! Great capture!! That is one steep trail!!
Please consider putting this into the Which Way – walkways, pathways, stairways, and roadways group.

Thanks for that suggestion, Cee – I just did enter it in the “Which Way” group. It is very steep and, I gotta tell ya, when you crest the ridge and first look out over the valley on the other side it really takes your breath away.

Very nice, One of these days I’m hiking to the top of that mountain.

You really gotta make that hike. Hiking it again is on my “Bucket list” – if my knees hold out – lol

I was planning on hiking a lot this summer tot get in shape to do it in the fall, but I worked so much this summer that I never had the time for hiking. Maybe next year.

Boy, can I relate to that. Climbing Mount Nebo in Juab county was on my list for this summer and then I looked up and summer was gone and I was still stuck down in the valley – LOL

Thanks. I’m sure glad I’ve got pictures from days gone by. I’m not sure my 62 year old knees are up to the task any more {grin}.

The first time I did this, I forgot my camera, so two weeks later I went up again. What a view.
I like where you took this shot from. I took one from there too. I think yours turned out better.

You hiked it twice in two weeks??? I’m in awe!

I met a guy that is there every time I go up. Last time I went it was on a Friday, . . . I asked him how many time he had gone this week and he said, ” five so far”. Guess he was planning on going again. Next time you go, check out the log book. He is all over it. His name is Ben Woolsey. I would go up very early when it was still dark and would meet him running down the trail on his way back. It made me feel very out of shape. LOL
