And touch the edge of heaven
I close my eyes, breath deeply
I fade into a realm of total relaxation
I see me as I am and as I could be
So far apart
For a moment I hate my present self
I then see myself as I once was
Witnessing first hand the progress I have made
The obstcles I have overcome to get to where I am this day
Any hate I feel is replaced with a calming sense of reassurance
I am refreshed and can carry on
In pursuit of the could be me
Leaving no one in my wake
Knowing in my heart that today
I am the best me that I can be
And that I will be replaced each day
By a better me,as I use each day’s experiences
To carve out the man that I will become.
