Hello everyone and welcome to my gallery !
I’m a self-taught photographer based in Gibraltar. I like art, I always did, especially ballet, theatre, painting, photography and film-making.I’m a classical music listener and I like literature. My interest in photography has increased since last year, coinciding with my arrival to Gibraltar, being seduced by the vibrant colours and wild nature from this part of the world. I’m working as a musical bands’ photographer, making album covers. This is giving me the opportunity to meet interesting characters, their sepia and B&W portraits being very appreciated. At this time I’m focusing on what Mediterranean life can offer: great landscapes, amazing sunsets, stunning nature, architecture and traditions.I don’t avoid either subjects as: street & everyday life scenes and working portraits, taking advantage of the ethnic diversity from here.
I don’t use Photoshop for now, trying to preserve as much as I can the genuine Mediterranean colours. I have another art project I’m working on that will incorporate a lot of Photoshop work.
I was born in Romania, an Easter European country, I graduated Chemistry in Bucharest and I’m specialized in porcelain.
My other interests are: reading, tennis, travelling and cooking.
