As for the lens, I need to be held down by a group of people to make me take it off LOL! All family snapshots are now closely framed intimate portraits. I’m sure it’s just a phase :)

Great shot, i like the DOF, what aperture were you using?

Thanks Dan! This particular one was f/3.8 (shutter speed 1/80s), so pretty shallow. I took a range from a few different positions and settings, up to f/11, but by then the tree was starting to solidify, and everything was looking ‘normal’, so I didn’t go higher.

Never thought a piece of barbed wire could look so damn interesting. Nice work Damian
