Hell bent on finishing

Cheers Paul! That’s cool that you can appreciate the effort needed for these things. The Hell of the West is a 2km swim, 80km cycle and 20km run, and the only one done over summer (last year it was 40 degrees C, but this year only got up to 34…!)

Thanks Darwins! He said the last 10km of the run was where the hell part came from for him. And I was hot just being a spectator there!
