As pale as the flowers of the night
My first effort at doing the ‘poem as image’ thing :)
The poem is here on RedBubble.
This poem is about my inspiration for creative writing, my muse. She comes to me by night. The demands of the day keep us apart, and I miss her…
As pale as the flowers of the night belongs to the following groups:

The flowers are beautiful. And although I’m no great poet reader or writer, I find these words hauntingly lovely.

Just perfect, this is exactly the thing I wish to do to add interest to my writing, but I don’t have photoshop and am yet to discover how else to do it. I am so in awe of you! Favouriting this too!
Damian, 5 months ago
Thanks Anna-Marie! I’m glad you like it!
And I did this in Photoshop, but if you don’t have that, maybe you have PowerPoint (in Microsoft Office)? You could make a slide with custom dimensions, and an image background, and add your writing in text boxes over the top, and then save the slide as an image file. Doing that could still get some good results (I think LOL!)

You know, that’d work beautifully, I think. You need to try this…yes. Spooky, waggly, psychological thingamajiggy fingers Make it a flaaaaash…:)
