Entrails of the Earth
While I liked this in colour, it didn’t quite do what I wanted there.
When I spotted this, it made me think of what it would be like to travel through a body, watching all the little vessels and things working and moving.
Or like looking beneath water at things growing there. Although that wouldn’t fit the title…

The mysterious organic depths. Yes, very good!
Damian
Thanks Leoni!
StacyLee
I love the mystery in this image! The soft tones and the crossing lines make up a great composition!
Damian
Thanks Stacy, glad you think so! I think it’s more mysterious in B&W too (there are a few bright colour splashes in the depths).
Helene Kippert

Hmmm organic is the key word!!
MuscularTeeth
interesting.
Damian
That’s for sure LostBoy! If I coloured this red, it would look like it came from inside something warm and squishy I’m sure!
Thanks MuscularTeeth, LOL, I’m happy with interesting.
LisaB entity
NICE EFFECTS
Damian
Thanks entity! Although, it’s actually a straight as-you-see-it photograph, just done in B&W ;)
Birgitta
I’m fascinated by the way it pulls you in.
The eye can’t help but travel along..and it’s quite relaxing!
It’s a very “heady” image (pleasantly dizzying) for the reason of the focus.
I like it. :)
Damian
Thanks Birgitta, I’m glad you think so, and see it that way!
Sharon Hammond
