Yeah it is very sad. Mainly because of what life threw at him…his abusive father for starters. It is like the world can never handle that much greatness in one person. We devour it until they end up hopeless wrecks in the end. You’re right, he put everything he had into every performance. His music is like the soundtrack of so many of our childhoods. Very strange that he is gone.
