Great combination, looks like different stages of aging. Good rustic appeal

  • Craig Watson replied

From a very amateur photographer to a professional, I really appreciate your comment Mark…

The shades of colour and aging emanate from three different wrecked vehicles of various age… I have been having a field day in the local wreckers/scrap metal yard here at Yorketown as you may well have seen in “my bubble”!!!

Was there any pun intended with the words “rustic appeal”? LOL

A great triptych of oxidization Craig!!!

  • Craig Watson replied

Thanks Rosallie… many would not associate “rust” with “oxidation”!!! Well done! LOL

love this combination Craig…looks fascinating, and in someways these 3 images remind me of aerial photos over rivers or salt lakes of Australia! Great captures :)

  • Craig Watson replied

Thanks Louise… I hadn’t looked at them in the “aerial photo” context before… certainly adds a different perspective!

Sorry it has taken so long… glad you like the tripple-decker!

Certainly does have some interesting textures and colour! Must go to the wreckers yard once again to take some more “wierd and wonderful” shots to play with!
