The Seal of Rassilon by Gavin Foster
The new series Seal of the Time Lords I wonder what chapter this seal belongs too but the original seal is the best in my option.
In the the End of Time you can see Rassilon waring it.
Peter McKinstry: “We needed to manufacture these for the Time Lord collars. Rather than fall back on the overly Celtic look of the original Seal of Rassilon, we wanted to use our own Gallifreyan text, but also echo the shape of the collar itself in the design.”
