This is from a tarot deck I designed. She represents inspiration that pierces the veil of knowledge represented by symbols from the Necronomicon. She’s the truth that shines forth from the written word, and she fills the cup, which represents the physical body with sanscrit symbols on it representing the 5 main chakras. The crucified dove goes back to a Summarian traditin of sacraficing birds, and since this is the path of the Moon there is a Moon in a triangle surrounded by twelve lights that are the astrological signs the Moon traverses every month.
