San Xavier Mission south of Tucson Arizona has been called “The White Dove of the Desert” because its bright white presence can be seen from miles away. This photo was taken with my Canon Digital Elph as I was driving south on Interstate 19, so it’s a view of the north side of the mission. The dry river bed of the Santa Cruz river is in the foreground.

I am happy and re-wired (since I retired) and carry my digital point and shoot camera on most adventures as I head out my door to engage the world. I lived in Tucson, Arizona and now live on the beach in Thailand since 2012.
This Red Bubble site is for showing some of the photos that I find interesting or fit a particular group inspired agenda. That’s how I’m learning to ‘have a better eye’ since joining RB in 2009.
