I can’t resist uploading this colour version of Centennial Glen. Located high up in the Blue Mountains and a little tricky to get to the right spot, this was taken at a recent shoot.

Canon 50D, 17-85mm, Black Glass, 30 seconds, f11 – slightly cropped because someone else had their tripod in the way. ;)

    those pesky tripods…..lol!

    Beautiful spot, Adriana!

  • Pesky indeed. It was quite a dark little spot and didn’t notice it until I downloaded the photos – d’oh! :)

How inconsiderate to have your tripod in someone else’s shot! Something I would never do !! (knowlingly that is. sorry!)

  • Lol – a belated reply – I really only had to crop the teensiest amount, and had I paid closer attention at the time, the tripod wouldn’t have been in my shot to begin with…lol!

Ha, talking about ONE tripod in the way! What about two tripods and two photographers as well? LOL :-))
Nice shot! Nice dinner! Was feeling guilty that didn’t ask you to text that you got home OK, glad you ARE ok!

  • Oooo, and now I’m feeling guilty that it’s taken me this long to reply to your comment. Dinner was lovely, and will definitely be going back there again – and yes, made it home safe and well. :)

Nicely caught Adriana. I like the shadows on the lefT & far right of frame. The light mainly in the centre, highlighting the falls & partly rock is a great choice of timing for this area

  • Hey Jeff – it’s a gorgeous little spot, as you well know; and with a few of us there, it’s even tighter to shoot but that’s the fun of it, isn’t it! :) Glad you like it :)
